Hello, my name is Kimberly I am the person behind LifeTalksWithKimmy I am 21 years old and I like to go by the name Kimmy sometimes. Since the age of 8 I have been diagnosed with Depression, Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Separation Anxiety, Social Anxiety,Phobia and Sensory Disorder. This blog will mostly be about what it's like living with anxiety and depression, some writings and daily pictures. I would also like all of you to feel comfortable contacting me to ask questions.
